Tom Kinchella

Tom started working in aviation as an aircraft mechanic with British Airways at Heathrow spending much of his time working on the long haul 'legacy' fleet of Boeing 747 and 777​ aircraft. Alongside this, Tom completed his commercial pilot training and latterly completed his instructor course at the British Aerobatic Academy. Tom is a first officer for a UK airline on Cessna Citation jets.

Tom is an experienced flight instructor, a private jet first officer and is also heavily involved with delivering our ground school tuition.

• Ab-Initio Training: LAPL, PPL

• Revalidation: Single Engine Piston (SEP Land)

• Ratings: Night

• Endorsements: Variable Pitch Propellers (VP), Retractable Undercarriage (RU),  Electronic Flight Information System (EFIS)

• Club currency

• Theoretical Knowledge
