Our standard pay-by-the-hour rate for the Cessna 150/152 is £169/hour however, we are offering the following block flight time packages, purchasable until the end of October 2024:

Initial purchase is subject to our standard terms and conditions as well as these variations specific to this offer:

  • Packages are limited to one per pilot.
  • Hours must be used within one year from purchase.
  • Pilots are required to pass an AeroSchool currency check flight (unless 60 day currency is already held at another AeroSchool site, or with York Flying School). If a currency check is required, one flight hour is deducted from the package hours for a currency check. In the event of a failed currency check, the package can be refunded minus the cost of the check flight at standard instructional rates. Alternatively, additional training can be provided at standard instructional rates.
  • AeroSchool operates a 60 day pilot currency on type. The Cessna 150/152 is considered one type for currency. The Cessna 172 requires separate currency. If you wish to become current on the C172, this will be oustide the scope of this package and charged at standard instructional rates. Should currency expire on any type, then another currency check will be required at standarad instructional rates.
  • Refunds for part-used credit are provided based on a deduction for actual time used based upon the appropriate rate category. For example, if you purchase a 100-hour package but only fly 55 hours, the usage will be recalculated at the 50-hour rate, and the balance refunded accordingly.
