AeroSchool Locations
AeroSchool operates from three unique and strategically positioned locations in the North of England:

-
Teesside International Airport (for Middlesbrough, Durham, Newcastle & Sunderland etc)
-
Humberside International Airport (for Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Lincoln, Hull etc)
-
Breighton Airfield (for York, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield, Sheffield etc)
Each base offers distinct training environments—Teesside and Humberside provide the structured experience of controlled airspace, offering real-world exposure to air traffic control operations, while Breighton Airfield delivers the relaxed setting of uncontrolled airspace with the added historical appeal of a former WWII bomber base and a grass runway. One of the key, unique advantages of training with AeroSchool is the opportunity for students to fly between these bases as part of their training. This inter-airport flying adds valuable cross-country navigation experience, familiarizes students with varying airfield procedures, and deepens their understanding of different airspace classifications. The combination of these distinct environments allows AeroSchool students to build a diverse and well-rounded flying skill set, while navigating both controlled and uncontrolled operations across the region.
